This notice explains how data is processed when you browse the website, use the quiz or request the Smart Guide, a personalized mini-guide or opening updates.

Data processed

  • Name and email entered in forms.
  • Travel preferences, quiz profile and language if you submit the quiz form.
  • Technical data needed for security and operation, including cookie preferences, hashed IP/user-agent in consent logs and data processed by technical providers.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Send the free guide, opening updates, availability and dedicated offers: consent.
  • Personalize communications based on language, quiz and declared interests: consent.
  • Protect forms from spam through reCAPTCHA, only after consent to functional tools: consent.
  • Website security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest.
  • Document cookie choices: accountability and applicable requirements.

Providers

The signup form uses MailerLite. Anti-spam protection uses Google reCAPTCHA. These tools load only after consent to functional form tools.

Travel Concierge AI

If enabled, Travel Concierge AI uses anonymous travel preferences to generate a mini itinerary and an optional temporary PDF. Preferences may include travel interests, trip rhythm, travel motive, desired mood, things to include or avoid, food preferences, dining style and any declared dietary needs. If configured, server-side online search may be used to find updated sources about restaurants, museums, events, transport and activities, without sending name or email. The PDF does not require name or email to be generated, uses a non-predictable URL, is not included in the sitemap and is deleted automatically after 30 days. Name and email are processed only if you choose to receive the PDF through the MailerLite form.

Retention

  • Mailing list: until unsubscribe or withdrawal.
  • Cookie preferences: up to 6 months, unless changed or cleared earlier.
  • Technical consent log: up to 6 months, unless documented protection needs apply.
  • Temporary itinerary PDFs: up to 30 days.

Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link or by writing to rsh@alessandrobalboni.com.
