Not technology to impress — technology to simplify. Three Alexa devices (an Echo Show at the entrance, an Echo Spot in each bedroom) understand English, Italian, French and German.
Air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms: say "Alexa, ho caldo" (I'm hot) or "ho freddo" (I'm cold) and the room adjusts itself.
UHD 4K TVs with the main streaming apps (sign in with your own account) — controllable by voice too.
SwitchBot Smart Lock with your personal code; the building door opens remotely at any hour. Physical keys always available as a backup.
Orthopedic 7-zone mattresses — memory foam and pocket springs, certified medical device — and memory-foam pillows in both bedrooms. Smart smoke detectors in the kitchen and bedrooms.
Robot vacuum, intercom and alarm all managed for you: the home works while you enjoy the Riviera.

How does the smart home work?
Lights, blinds and air conditioning are controlled with Alexa (3 devices, in English/Italian/French/German) or with classic switches and buttons. Three 4K Smart TVs, a smart lock with a personal code and a robot vacuum complete the setup.
Are pets allowed? Can you smoke?
Pets are welcome (we don't provide beds or bowls: please bring what your furry friend needs). Smoking indoors is not allowed.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. Thanks to the smart lock, arrival is flexible, 24/7.
