The living area is open plan: the front door opens onto the living room, flowing into the kitchen. The separate sleeping area has two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Hi, I'm Alessandro.
I designed Rapallo Smart Home as the place I'd want to find on holiday myself: comfortable, well cared for, hassle-free. Orthopedic mattresses, quality appliances and voice control in four languages, so the stay is easy from the first minute — from self check-in at any hour to the last evening on the sofa. The home
Designed for short stays from the start.
Rapallo Smart Home is an architecture project by Linearama. Rational spaces, quiet automation, a kitchen that actually works. Nothing to learn, everything to use — even on a two-night stay.
Three Alexa devices (Echo Show at the entrance, Echo Spot in each bedroom) control lights, blinds and climate. Speak your language: English, Italian, French or German.
Smart air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. Just say "Alexa, ho caldo" (I'm hot) or "ho freddo" and the room adjusts itself.
UHD 4K TVs in the living room and bedrooms, with the main streaming apps ready to use — sign in with your own account.
Orthopedic 7-zone mattresses (memory foam + pocket springs, certified medical device) and memory-foam pillows in both double bedrooms — up to 4 guests.
Induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, range hood and microwave, with pots and tableware. There's also a washing machine for longer stays.
Smart lock with your personal code and a building door opened remotely at any hour: come in whenever you like, even at midnight after the fireworks.

Why choose Rapallo as a base?
Rapallo sits at the centre of the Tigullio: 15 minutes to Camogli, 20 to Portofino or Santa Margherita, 40 to Genoa or Sestri Levante. It has a marina, a seafront promenade, a cable car to Montallegro and a motorway exit. Not as crowded as Portofino, not as remote as Cinque Terre. It works as a base because you do not have to pick just one destination.
When does it open?
The date will be shared with subscribers as soon as it is confirmed.
How many guests?
Up to 4 guests, with two double bedrooms and one full bathroom.
What makes it smart?
Lights, shutters, smart intercom and automated door are integrated into the home. Everything is controllable — nothing to configure manually on arrival.
